What is Paddock SimWorks?

Paddock SimWorks is Long Island’s first and only mobile sim racing experience. Our custom, climate-controlled trailer features 4 cutting-edge racing simulators and is available to rent for public & private events, corporate functions, car shows, festivals, and much more, delivering an unforgettable virtual motorsports experience!

We are a mobile business operating throughout Long Island, New York and the surrounding areas. We come to your location, whether it’s a private venue, corporate event, or public gathering.

How does a mobile sim racing trailer work?

Our fully custom, climate-controlled 28 ft. race trailer is fully equipped with 4 static racing simulators featuring direct drive wheelbases, 49-inch curved ultra-wide displays, and much more. We can connect to onsite power when available and also have our own onboard power supply when needed. Participants can compete against each other in the same virtual lobby, or individually in their own individual session.

Booking & Pricing

How much does it cost to book Paddock SimWorks?

We offer flexible pricing based on the length of your rental:

  • Full Trailer Rental for Private Events:
    • First Hour: $600
    • Additional Hours: $300 per hour

What’s included in a private rental?

Each private booking includes:

  • Full use of our climate-controlled mobile sim racing trailer
  • A curated experience custom tailored to your specific needs and number of guests
  • On-site staff to assist with setup and gameplay
  • Customization options for event branding (available upon request)

How do bookings work?

Anyone can book an event by calling or texting us at 631.240.3025, or by emailing us at info@paddocksimworks.com. Early bookings are recommended, as availability can fill up quickly.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 2 days (48 hours) before the event begins.

Cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change! We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 10 days in advance.

Public Events & Individual Sessions

Does Paddock SimWorks attend at public events?

Yes! We attend multiple car shows and cars & coffee events each month, in addition to local town festivals and more. Follow our social media pages or check our website for upcoming event locations.

How much does it cost to race at a public event?

  • Individual Driving Sessions at Public Events
    • FREE one-time 10-minute trial
    • $10 per 10-minute session
    • $25 per 30-minute session

Can individual sessions be booked in advance for public events?

At most events, individual sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For larger events, we reserve the right to offer reservations in advance.

Technical & Setup Questions

What choices of cars and tracks are available?

We feature a huge variety of options to accommodate all tastes and skill levels. Whether you prefer GT cars at Laguna Seca, oval tracks with stock cars, or free roam driving with a classic convertible, we’ve got you covered!

Is prior sim racing or gaming experience required?

Not at all! Our simulators are designed for a broad range of participants, from complete beginners to experienced racers. Our staff will guide you through setup and ensure you’re comfortable before you begin.

How many people can race at the same time?

Our trailer is equipped with 4 simulators, allowing for up to 4 participants to race simultaneously. For private events, we rotate drivers in and out to ensure everyone gets as much time to drive as possible.

Logistics & Setup

What are the space and power requirements?

Our trailer is approximately 35 feet in length and 8 feet wide. It requires a flat, level parking space with enough room for entry and exit. We have an onboard generator to power our simulators, but if your venue provides electricity, we can connect to that as well.

Do Paddock SimWorks operate year-round?

Yes! Our climate-controlled trailer allows us to operate in both hot and cold weather. We only close during severe weather conditions that would make travel unsafe.

What if it rains during an event?

No problem! Since our setup is inside a fully enclosed trailer, events can proceed rain or shine. We’ve also got a 25 ft. retractable awning to keep spectators out of the elements.

Yes! We specialize in corporate team-building events, providing a fun and competitive racing experience that’s perfect for employees and clients alike.

Can Paddock SimWorks be used for fundraisers or charity events?

Are there sponsorship/branding opportunities?

Safety & Policies

Is there an age or height requirement to participate?

Yes, participants must be at least 13 years old and tall enough to reach the pedals comfortably. We can adjust the seat position and pedal distance to accommodate most driver heights.

Are there any health restrictions?

If you have a history of motion sickness, epilepsy, or other conditions that could be triggered by video games, please consult with a medical professional before participating.

Are walk-ins allowed at private events?

Private events are exclusive to the booking party, so only invited guests can participate.

Are food and drinks allowed in the trailer?

For safety reasons, we do not allow food or drinks inside the simulator area.
