We are a mobile business operating throughout Long Island, New York and the surrounding areas. We come to your location, whether it’s a private venue, corporate event, or public gathering.

How does the mobile sim racing trailer work?

Our trailer is fully equipped with 4 static racing simulators featuring realistic force-feedback steering wheels, high-resolution screens, and professional-grade pedal sets. Customers can compete against each other, set lap times, or simply enjoy the thrill of driving on world-class racing circuits.

Booking & Pricing

How much does it cost to book Paddock SimWorks?

We offer flexible pricing based on the length of your rental:

  • Private Rentals:
    • Up to 4-hour rental – $1,500
    • 5th hour: +$350
    • 6th hour: +$300
    • 7th hour: +$250
    • 8th hour: +$200
  • Public Events (Individual Sessions):
    • $25 per 30-minute session

What is included in a private rental?

Each private booking includes:

  • Full use of our climate-controlled mobile sim racing trailer
  • A curated experience custom tailored to your specific needs and number of guests
  • On-site staff to assist with setup and gameplay
  • Customization options for event branding (available upon request)

How do I book an event?

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 2 days (48 hours) before the event begins.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change! We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may be subject to a fee.

Public Events & Individual Sessions

Where can I find Paddock SimWorks at public events?

We attend multiple car shows and cars & coffee events per month, as well as local town festivals, and more. Follow our social media pages or check our website for upcoming event locations.

How much does it cost to race at a public event?

We offer 30-minute racing sessions for $25 per person at public events.

Can I pre-book a session at a public event?

At most events, sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, for larger events, we may offer reservations in advance.

Technical & Setup Questions

What types of cars and tracks are available?

We feature a huge variety of options to accommodate everyone. Whether you prefer GT cars at Laguna Seca, oval tracks with stock cars, or free roam driving with a classic convertible, we’ve got you covered!

Do I need prior racing or gaming experience?

Not at all! Our simulators are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced racers. Our staff will guide you through the setup and help you get comfortable.

How many people can race at the same time?

Our trailer is equipped with 4 racing simulators, allowing for up to 4 driving participants to race simultaneously. For private events, we can rotate drivers in and out to ensure everyone gets a turn.

Logistics & Setup

What are the space and power requirements for your trailer?

Our trailer is approximately 35 feet in length and 8 feet wide. It requires a flat, level parking space with enough room for entry and exit. We have an onboard generator to power our simulators, but if your venue provides electricity, we can connect to that as well.

Do you operate year-round?

Yes! Our climate-controlled trailer allows us to operate in both hot and cold weather. We only close during extreme weather conditions that would make travel unsafe.

What if it rains during an event?

No problem! Since our setup is inside a fully enclosed trailer, events can proceed rain or shine.

Safety & Policies

Is there an age or height requirement to race?

Participants should be at least 13 years old and tall enough to reach the pedals comfortably. We adjust the setups to accommodate different driver sizes.

Are there any health restrictions?

If you have a history of motion sickness, epilepsy, or other conditions that could be triggered by video games, please consult with a medical professional before participating.

Do you allow walk-ins for private events?

Private events are exclusive to the booking party, meaning only invited guests can participate.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the trailer?

For safety reasons, we do not allow food or drinks inside the simulator area.
