Paddock SimWorks is a Long Island, NY-based motorsport entertainment company. We bring professional racing simulators directly to your event — whether that's inside a venue or at an outdoor gathering using our climate-controlled race trailer wrapped in Paddock SimWorks livery. Our simulators feature direct-drive wheelbases and 49” curved ultra-wide displays for an immersive racing experience.

We primarily serve Long Island, NY (Nassau and Suffolk Counties) and surrounding areas including the greater New York City metro area. Contact us if you’re outside these areas and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We have 4 professional simulators. All 4 can be set up to race head-to-head in the same virtual lobby simultaneously, or each can run independently for individual sessions.

Our race trailer is approximately 28–35 ft and fully climate-controlled, so it operates comfortably in any weather — rain, heat, cold. Inside are 4 direct-drive simulators with 49” curved ultra-wide displays. Outside, a 25 ft retractable awning creates a spectator area. The trailer has an onboard generator so no venue power connection is required (though we can hook up to venue power if preferred).

Trailer Events use our climate-controlled race trailer, which is brought to outdoor venues, car shows, festivals, and large events. From $1,000 (2-hr min, all 4 sims, Nassau & Suffolk).

Onsite Events have us bringing the simulators inside your venue — offices, event halls, venues, homes — without the trailer. From $1,000 (2-hr min, 1 sim) locally; corporate programs in NYC from $2,500.

Visit our Booking page, select your preferred date and time slot, fill out the event details, and submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and a deposit payment link within minutes.

Trailer events are booked directly through Paddock SimWorks. Visit our Booking page, request a trailer event with your preferred date, and we’ll confirm availability and send a custom proposal.

A 50% deposit confirms your booking; the deposit link arrives in your confirmation email. Balance terms depend on the engagement:

• Local / private events — balance due 7 days before your event date.
• Corporate engagements — balance billed Net-15 from event date, payable by ACH or card. W-9 provided on request.

Lost your invoice email, paying a phone-booked deposit, or tipping your event team? Use paddocksimworks.com/payments — secure bank-transfer (ACH) or card via Autobooks / TD Bank. Corporate clients should pay through the per-invoice link in their inbox so AP can reconcile cleanly.

Prices shown plus applicable NY sales tax. You’ll receive an automated reminder before the event.

Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before your event, 50% refundable 15–30 days out, and non-refundable inside 14 days of the event date. We’ll work with you on date changes whenever we can. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at info@paddocksimworks.com or call/text 631.240.3025.

Every event is built to the venue, headcount, and run time, so the final number depends on the details — but here’s where it starts:

• Mobile Race Trailer — from $1,000 · 2-hr minimum · all four direct-drive simulators inside the trailer · Nassau & Suffolk County · +$250 each additional hour.
• On-Site Sim Setup — from $1,000 · 2-hr minimum · one simulator · Nassau & Suffolk County · +$400 each additional simulator · +$250 each additional hour.
• Corporate Programs (NYC) — from $2,500 · 3-hr minimum · scaled to your event · typical programs $2,500–$6,000 depending on duration and number of simulators.

Outside Nassau & Suffolk, or longer programs, are quoted to the event (duration + travel). A 50% deposit confirms your date. Prices shown plus applicable NY sales tax. Tell us about your event and we’ll send a custom proposal within one business day.

Yes — corporate, team-building, fundraiser, and private-party formats are all configurable on top of the pricing above. Corporate programs typically include managed competition formats, leaderboards, prize moments, and Net-15 invoicing. We handle a wide range of events including private parties, backyard gatherings, birthday celebrations, corporate events, team-building activities, fundraisers, car shows, festivals, and trade shows. If you have an event in mind, reach out and we’ll work with you.

Yes! All 4 simulators can be placed in the same virtual lobby so everyone races head-to-head simultaneously. You can also run sessions individually if you prefer one-on-one or timed challenges. Both modes are great for events.

Every rig runs Assetto Corsa with Content Manager and an extensive content library — F1 cars, GT3, touring cars, classic racers, and hundreds of real-world circuits from Spa to Watkins Glen. Fully offline by design, so we don't need your venue's wifi to run a race. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned sim racer, we have something that'll blow your mind.

Yes — our trailer is available for public events, car shows, festivals, and outdoor gatherings. These events are operated directly by Paddock SimWorks. Check our upcoming appearances on social media or contact us to discuss bringing us to your public event.

Absolutely. Our simulators are designed to be accessible to anyone — no prior gaming or racing experience required. We have assist modes, simplified vehicle settings, and friendly tracks that make it fun from the very first lap. Our staff are always on-site to help guests get started.

Yes. All 4 simulators are networked and can race in the same virtual lobby simultaneously, making for exciting head-to-head competition at your event. We can also run leaderboard/time-trial formats.

Yes — the trailer is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so it operates comfortably in rain, heat, or cold. Your event goes on regardless of weather. The 25 ft retractable awning outside provides shade and cover for spectators in light rain.

Yes! Our simulators are perfect for corporate team-building. We can set up head-to-head races, team competitions, or individual timed challenges. Participants must be at least 13 years old. Minors under 18 must have parental or guardian consent and a signed waiver before participating.

Simulator driving involves motion feedback, vibration, and immersive visuals. Individuals with motion sickness, epilepsy, vertigo, back or neck injuries, heart conditions, or similar conditions should consult a doctor before participating. Our staff will advise if you have any concerns.

No food or drinks are permitted at or inside the simulator stations. This protects the equipment and ensures a clean experience for all guests. Refreshments are welcome outside the simulator area.

Yes — all participants must sign our liability waiver before using the simulators. You can sign digitally on our Waiver page before the event, or our staff will have forms available on-site.

We do both private and public events. Private event bookings guarantee exclusive access to the simulators for your group for the duration of your booked time. Public event appearances are open to anyone attending the larger event.
