  • Manhattan, or 100+ guests, or any complex venue (freight elevators, union staging, permits) — the NYC Corporate program. Logistics planning and Net-15 invoicing handled end-to-end.

Every simulator is a SimLab P1-X Pro chassis on a Simagic direct-drive wheelbase with a 49″ curved ultrawide display — the same hardware professional drivers train on. Guests feel the difference in the first lap.

A race director, not just gear

Every event is run by a Paddock-led team — check-in, driver briefing, managed competition format with leaderboards, prize moments, and a hosted closing. Beginner-friendly by design.

Scales to your headcount

One sim in a private office for an intimate client meeting. Two to four sims for a team offsite. The full grid for a 100+ guest activation. For larger headcounts we run a rotating-activation format — drivers swap in throughout the event with live leaderboards and photo moments. Realistic capacity on the full four-rig grid: ~16–28 active drivers per hour.

Fully self-contained. We bring our own everything — direct-drive rigs, displays, networking, and content. No reliance on your venue’s wifi or your IT team. Power needs are modest for On-Site setups; the Race Trailer runs entirely off its onboard generator.
