It is an internal, backend tool operated by Paddock SimWorks that uses the TikTok Content Posting API and Display API to (a) publish promotional video and photo content to our official TikTok account @paddocksimworks and (b) read public engagement metrics for posts on that account.
Paddock SimWorks Publisher is not a consumer-facing product and is not made available to website visitors or to other TikTok users. It authenticates only against the Paddock SimWorks brand account that the business owner has authorized. It does not collect, process, or store personal information from TikTok viewers, followers, or any third parties.
